What we do
Spanish litigation is slower than most clients hope and more predictable than they fear. Before you spend anything we give you a written assessment: the strength of the claim, the likely cost, the realistic timeline and the chance of actually collecting at the end. If the honest answer is to settle, we say so. If it is to fight, we fight it properly.
We appear before Spanish courts at every level and in domestic and international arbitration, and we have a particular practice in making foreign judgments and awards bite in Spain, from the exequatur application through to enforcement against assets. Clients abroad receive updates in their own language, with court documents translated where it matters, and never a surprise invoice.
