What we do
Setting up or buying a business in Spain involves a notary, a tax office, a bank and a commercial registry, each with its own timetable and its own forms. For a founder abroad the hard part is rarely the law; it is knowing who to call next and what they will ask for. We handle that order of operations for you, from the first SL to a cross-border acquisition, and keep the documents in two languages so your board can read what it signs.
Corporate work at Fuero is led by partners who have sat on the client side. Shareholder agreements are drafted to be used, not admired, and due diligence reports tell you what matters and what does not. When a deal has a foreign law component, we work alongside your home counsel and take care of the Spanish side, including the registrations and filings that follow completion.
