What we do
Families that live between countries meet Spanish law at the hardest moments: a death with property here, a separation with children in two jurisdictions, a will that was valid at home but says nothing about the Spanish flat. We handle wills, succession, divorce and custody matters for international couples, and we have the patience that these matters need.
On the succession side we draft Spanish wills that work alongside your home will, run Spanish probate and the inheritance tax that comes with it, and coordinate with executors and lawyers abroad. On the family side we negotiate agreements first and litigate when we must, with the European and Hague instruments that govern which court decides and how its order is enforced.
